Booking Terms - Check In Rooms are available from 14:00hrs, Rooms must be vacated by 11am.

Booking Details of Credit/Debit Card are required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. A deposit of 25% may be required on some bookings made.

Cancellations - If a booking is cancelled one week or more prior to arrival, there will be no fee/charge incurred. A 25% charge will be taken of the total cost on all bookings cancelled, less than one week and more than one day prior to arrival. In the event of a No-Show or a cancellation less than 24hrs prior to arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the booking value will be charged.
