Well presented comfortable rooms, personel touches was very nice, location was great next to local amenities

Really need a car to get around, local bus service daily except on Sundays. Not a very good taxi service

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Would highly recommend a stay at Cul-Erg . It’s in an excellent location in Portstewart with easy access to the promenade . Our room was spotlessly clean and a very comfortable bed . We enjoyed a lovely home cooked breakfast . Marie and JJ were excellent hosts . Can’t wait to visit again .

Excellent customer service and high quality products with a great breakfast. The shortbread (not for breakfast) was amazing! Great location

Excellent location for Portstewart and surrounding areas. Marie and JJ are amazing hosts. So friendly and informative, really cannot do enough to help. Breakfast is very good, lovely homemade food. Enjoyed a chat with JJ and other guests each morning. Will definitely return. Thank you

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Everything! A perfectly appointed B and B, minutes away from the Portstewart promenade and seafront. Bus stop opposite the property with transport to local landmarks. Rooms, spotlessly clean, breakfast choice superb. An outside courtyard area in the event of outdoor dining. There is also a kitchen where guests can keep their own provisions or use to cook. All this is made possible by the hosts JJ, his wife Marie and their son James. Service was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. We loved staying here. It is a credit to them.

Beautiful family run hotel. JJ and his family were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Antrim coastline is definitely worth visiting, beautiful beaches and lots of things to do

JJ is an amazing host. B&B is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms are large. Breakfast is excellent. I would go back again.

The Cul-Erg is a wonderful B&B. It is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is always delicious. But it is JJ and Marie and James that made our experience so special. JJ is a great host going out of his way to give us rides to restaurants in the rain! We also met so many people from all over the world in the quaint breakfast room. We stayed at Cul-Erg in 2019 and brought our friends here this year to experience the wonderful B&B and the surrounding area. I hope we have the opportunity to return.

This place is phenomenal. I can't recommend it enough. JJ and Marie are lovely people, the room was fantastic, the food was delicious, everything was perfect. JJ and Marie make it so welcoming and lovely, and the breakfast area is so pleasant too.
